Seiring, Sejalan

Salam Hujung Minggu.

I do realize that I have a bad habit into managing 2-3 things at the same.

Mungkin, masih belum cukup skills SUPERWOMEN. 

I do always respect a woman who is capable managing household all alone. 

Time itulah nak masak, time itulah nak mengemas, time itulah nak membeli, membasuh.

Belum masuk kes sambung belajar. Itu sbb Fazira selalu kagum dengan geng BFF. 

Rasanya those skills slowly build up once you get married and have kids. 

Currently managing hal-hal PhD which kadang-kadang tulis surat cinta untuk conference, kemudian membaca, kemudian design experiment, kemudian tulis surat cinta untuk thesis pula,  kemudian membaca and review pula, pun dah rasa macam nak pecah kepala. Luckily, semua tu under one PhD roof. 

Tapi kadang-kadang, matlamat hidup ini harus seiring sejalan. Ada yang perlu dibuat bersama, boleh difikirkan dan dilaksana dalam waktu yang sama. Contohnya managing hal-hal PhD with persiapan perkahwinan. Eventhough, mak ada pesan.. 'Buat saja PhD tu siap-siap bagi habis, kami boleh uruskan semuanya disini', jauh disudut hati nak juga get involved, at least a bit of it. 

Kalau rasa bosan  membaca, ada saja nak google package perkahwinan, pakcage photography, goodies, cari idea. But end up, rasa bersalah yang teramat sangat. Last-last tutup laptop, baca literature review. Tapi kadang-kadang kalau dibiarkan pula, rasa macam that not fair. I mean, mana ada wanita dalam dunia nie yang bila buat persiapan perkahwinan, just nak alar kadar or tangkap muat saja. That why,currently skype dgn mak and adik every hujung minggu, mesti ada bincang hal-hal persiapan, walaupun actually at the end the conversation, rasa macam dah nak pecah kepala. 

STOP, STOP.

Ada tak yang percaya Fazira nak kahwin nie?.

When adik asked nak buat tema apa, I said yellow. 

"Itu tema warna, tema kahwin? Garden ker, Arabic ker". 

"Perlu ke semua tu?. Along just nak simple and comel.

Ok, that doesn't solve the problem at all. 

pssstttttt: Geng-geng orang kedah, tahu tak bridal wedding planner yang best?. Hihihi.

Seperti biasa, Friday morning HIT Group meeting, which mostly focus on  Mr D and myself. 

Both of us are in writing stages right now, officially and unofficially. :D

Officially sebab ada bits here and there yang kena tulis, unofficially sbb ada one experiment. 

The question is right now, boleh ker siap semua by end of July?. Ini pun boleh buat pening. 

Today's meeting conclusions is: 

Thesis PhD Writing Tips from Supervisor.

1. Define back what is your contribution and what did you find in your research. From there, write a literature review based from it and the flow of the stories. Kiranya macam instead writing up every single Literature review that we read before,just write the one that related to our contribution.

2. Imagine write your thesis for someone that might read your thesis on the plane on his/her way to your viva. Fazira blur juga apa yg supervisor cakap time nie, but manage to figure out. Now, cuba imagine what is the best thing to do when you are in flight?. Kalau macam Fazira, baca novel. Bila baca novel, and if the novel is good, not just good but pretty good, you ended up by not sleeping or eating (ini mengarut, makanan dalam flight sometimes OK) dalam flight. You just want to keep reading it and reading it until you know the ending. So, macam tu lah thesis, you writing a story that a reader want to keep reading it and excited to know what happened at the next plot and what the end will be. 

So if the story  is romantic, you might want to have an ending of happy ever after and romantic. And if you writing a thriller story, you might want to have mysterious killer and what happened at the killer. 

Ok, dah mula melalut. Hehehe. 

Since, sekarang nie hidup Fazira 7 hari seminggu di office, 10 hours a day. Friday night always be my 'ronggeng-ronggeng' night. Malam nie, masak nie:
